Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. The majority of our items are plant-based and consumable, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@palmandpaper.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items reported outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of health, safety, and regulatory considerations, we do not accept returns on:

  • Plant-based or consumable products

  • Opened or used items

  • Personal care or wellness products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies under our Damaged or Incorrect Items policy, we will resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@palmandpaper.com.
